Santa Margherita Wines is an icon in sparkling wine, and their founder pioneered production methods in the Valdobianne, Italy, contributing to what is now the Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The family business is now being passed to the third generation. Behind the Glass: Santa Margherita weaves together the history of the company with the history of the region all in the light-hearted package of a father-son cooking demonstration.
